Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in the showroom, online, and by phone
- Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into appointments and sales
- Conduct product presentations and test drives with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build rapport and uncover customer needs to recommend the best vehicle fit
- Guide customers through the financing and purchase process with full transparency
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and dealership targets
- Participate in daily training and roleplays to sharpen your skills
- Log all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay informed on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Mitsubishi brand with pride
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to work leads both over the phone and in person
- Previous sales experience (any industry welcome – auto a plus, not required)
- Strong drive to meet and exceed personal goals
- Prospecting and self-generated leads are a plus
- Willingness to train daily and grow fast
- Thrive in a team-oriented, competitive environment
- Professional appearance and great communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
