We’re looking for a driven Commission-Only Sales Rep to help homeowners transform their garages.
What You Get:

What You’ll Do:
- Find and connect with homeowners in North DFW area.
- Present our garage makeover options.
- Close deals and manage the sale.
Ideal For:

Requirements:
- Valid, clean DL and an appealing/reliable transportation.
- Availability to travel around the Dallas area.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized storage solutions.
- Preferably 2+ years in home renovation, interior design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to create a quote for customers.
- Responsible for completing projects within the established time frame.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded.
- Schedule and assign resources and team member responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
- Understanding of home improvement, organization systems, or garage products is a plus.
