Job Description:
Dezerland Entertainment Orlando is looking for a results-driven, bilingual, Sales Representative with experience in the arcade & entertainment industry. This role is ideal for someone confident in building relationships, prospecting new business, and closing deals. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop proposals and close sales deals.
- Represent the company at events and client meetings (some travel required).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute client needs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales (experience in arcade, entertainment, events, is a plus).
- Bilingual is a must (Spanish – English).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and travel.
- Proficient computer skills and basic technical abilities (e.g., using CRMs, email, presentations, spreadsheets).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission.

Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Must be available for occasional travel and weekend work when needed.
