About The Position
As a Sales representative at Crown Waste & Recycling Systems, you will be at the forefront of our business, actively engaging with commercial establishments and construction sites to solicit waste removal services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building relationships with potential clients, understanding their waste management needs, and presenting our service offerings effectively. This role not only provides an opportunity for substantial earning potential — with top performers making up to six-figures annually — but also encourages professional growth through hands-on training and support. Qualifications
- Required: Proven sales experience, preferably in the waste management or a related industry.
- Required: Motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Required: Must have reliable transportation.
- Preferred: Experience in soliciting services to commercial businesses and construction sites.
- Preferred: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
