Position Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives based in Central and Southeast Florida to expand our footprint across the entire state. This role will focus on developing strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and specialty practices statewide, educating healthcare providers about our innovative cancer diagnostic solutions, and driving the adoption of our tests throughout Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a Florida-wide sales strategy to drive adoption of Cancer Cell Diagnostics’ tests.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and specialty practices statewide.
- Educate healthcare providers on the clinical value and differentiators of our cancer diagnostic solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts accurately.
Relationship Management:
- Build trust and credibility with healthcare providers and clinical partners across Florida.
- Provide ongoing clinical and product support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities statewide.
- Provide actionable feedback to leadership to support product development and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, or biotech; experience selling to clinicians or hospitals preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear value propositions.
- Travel: Must be able to travel regularly throughout Florida.
- Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations preferred.
