Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members twice a week to raise moral and gain training.
Experience
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in upselling techniques and product demonstrations is a plus.
- A background in finance operations is beneficial but not required.
