Job Overview
We’re Sunburst, a Colorado-based window cleaning company with over 10,000 leads in our CRM. We’re looking for 1–2 independent, reliable people to help us call through past leads and book appointments for our new holiday lighting service

What You’ll Do:

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day using Google Voice (script provided)
• Use Monday.com and our CRM to track outreach
• Send pre-written follow-up texts and emails
• No closing or quoting — just identify who’s interested and pass them to the team
• Communicate daily with the owner (Josh) about warm leads

Logistics:

• Remote (you can work from anywhere)
• Work Monday–Friday
• You’ll get a daily wage, with bonuses for volume
• Hit 100+ calls = paid

Tools Provided

• Company CRM access
• Script and message templates
• Google Voice number
• Company email

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
