As we expand into new markets, we are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team remotely in the United States.
The Role
This position is dedicated to booking qualified sales meetings for our senior team. You’ll be making outbound calls to businesses, engaging with decision‑makers, and setting appointments for follow‑up calls or demos with our Sales Director. Your goal isn’t to close sales yourself—it’s to open the door by creating solid opportunities.
If you are confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with business owners, and know how to get past gatekeepers and handle objections, this could be a fantastic fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted businesses across the US.
- Qualify prospects against a clear set of criteria.
- Book meetings in the calendar for our senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads and re‑engage older prospects where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Able to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly with business owners and managers.
- Persistent and organized, with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Prior experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or outbound caller is preferred but not required—we provide training.
- A self‑motivated individual who enjoys working toward targets.
