This employee is required to support the initial function of the Oxygen Renewal process, contacting patients to confirm election, as well as to secure current doctor and file information in the system. This support position changes with needs inside the Oxygen Renewal group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact patients via phone to confirm election, doctor, and insurance information
- Contacts doctors' offices to secure correct fax info on file
- Follows up with accounts that the departments was unable to make first contact

- Basic typing, clerical, data-entry
- Basic phone skills
- Attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
