Gift Card Flip is looking for a reliable, upbeat, and sharp team member to join our close-knit, family-run business. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face customers interact with as they exchange their unwanted gift cards for cash. If you enjoy working independently, and want a cool way to make a little more money while helping people, this job is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Buy gift cards from customers and pay them out in cash
- Handle and balance small and large cash transactions with accuracy and care
- Input simple data into our CRM while chatting with customers
- Solve minor customer service challenges with kindness and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter environment
You Must Be…
- Experienced with cash handling and customer service
- Comfortable doing basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages) with a calculator
- Calm, respectful, and able to de-escalate sensitive money-related situations
- Independent and self-driven
- Friendly and personable — you enjoy chatting and helping others
- Punctual and punctilious — attention to detail matters
- Tech-savvy enough to navigate a CRM and basic computer tasks
- Bonus: a security background is a plus
