We are currently hiring a Sales Team Member to support our continued growth and help expand our wireless sales division.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Team Member:
- Drive new customer acquisition and sales for wireless products and services through in person consultations
- Educate consumers on wireless plans, upgrades, promotions, and product comparisons
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend sales meetings to discuss client updates, new products, and sales goals
- Analyze individual and team sales performance to help exceed targets
- Provide outstanding customer support by listening to needs and offering tailored wireless and telecommunications solutions
- Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
- Shadow senior managers and top performers to gain hands-on knowledge of business operations
Qualifications We Look For:
- 0–3 years of experience in wireless sales, customer service, retail, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and helping people find the right wireless solutions
- Strong work ethic with a desire to grow professionally
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
