Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective customers through the execution of community outreach and sales initiatives across the Inland Empire
- Quality customers to determine eligibility and handle confidential customer information with professionalism to establish trust and rapport
- Close sales and facilitate the order and account set up process
- Escalate concerns and challenges to the appropriate team lead to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction
- Engage with customers to build rapport, uncover needs, and offer tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Attend promotional sales events designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, completed sales, and campaign metrics to monitor campaign progress.
- Attend regular training sessions to develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or community outreach is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including some weekends, depending on campaign needs
