Great Eastern Resort, Corporation/Massanutten Resort is hiring outgoing and motivated professionals to join our sales team! The Main-Line and In-House Sales Representatives are responsible taking our guests on tour around our property at Massanutten Mountain followed by a sales presentation.

Responsibilities:

- Perform uninterrupted tours with prospective and existing owners (up to 3 tours per day).
- Thoroughly explain the advantages of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
- Safely transport customers around the resort to models and amenities, which may or may not include eating with guests.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns during the transaction process.
- Survey potential gusts regarding their travel abilities, habits, and desires.
- Meet and maintain monthly, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

- Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on latest developments along with pre-tour preparation.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to compute basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with a diverse workgroup to negotiate win-win solutions.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on positive attitudes.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation w/ automobile insurance as required by State law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service and/or negotiation.
