Pay Starting at $85,000
Responsibilities
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Provide support and triage for Salesforce users
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports when approved and coordinated with other development.
- Provide remote technical support across the Mac and Windows platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Application Architect.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom development and system integrations.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Lightning components, and integration methods (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong functional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Omnichannel.
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to explain complex technical solutions clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders.
