NEED ONLY SALESFORCE CERTIFIED CANDIDATE
This is a Salesforce Technical Specialist role responsible for the end-to-end development, administration, and support of Salesforce solutions. The individual will gather business requirements, configure and develop Salesforce functionalities (especially in Communities, Apex, Lightning, and integrations), manage testing, deploy changes, and maintain documentation. The role also requires leading best practices, handling data migrations, and mentoring other developers, all while ensuring high performance and scalability of Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into Salesforce configuration and custom development.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service/Community Cloud).
- Maintain and enhance workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and Communities.
- Manage testing lifecycle including test case development, execution, and UAT.
- Handle third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), troubleshoot issues.
- Migrate data using tools like Data Loader, ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum practices and manage deployments through sandboxes.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of IT experience; 5+ years in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Communities, data integration, and reporting.
- Proficient in tools like Data Loader, Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Flosum, OwnBackup.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, release management, and security best practices.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
