Salesforce Senior Lead Developer

YOUR ROLE

• Independently develop complex Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, integrations) for prioritized epics and user stories
• Act as technical lead for the offshore development team: allocate tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and task breakdowns for the offshore team
• Design and configure Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Queues, Knowledge, Sharing & Visibility)
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day development across sprints (planning, daily alignment, and reporting to project management and architecture)
• Ensure compliance with deployment, testing, and documentation standards, including CI/CD and the sandbox strategy
• Manage escalations involving technical blockers between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions (sharing and security model, integration architecture, and data model)
• Support effort estimation and technical prioritization during backlog refinement

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of senior- or lead-level experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD)
• Proven experience providing functional leadership to onshore and/or offshore development teams
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and the security model
• Experience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware/integration layer) is an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect/System Architect, Service Cloud) are desirable
