Position: Salon Receptionist & Executive Assistant Location: Coral Springs, FL (In-person role)

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and upbeat Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at Hydra Bar Salon and support the CEO across both businesses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment, loves providing excellent customer service, and is eager to be part of a growing, purpose-driven brand.
You’ll be the first friendly face clients see and the behind-the-scenes glue that helps keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Reception & Client Support Answer phone calls, return messages, and handle appointment scheduling Greet salon clients warmly and manage front desk flow Provide basic client support and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience Assist with confirming appointments and enforcing salon policies in a kind, professional manner Administrative Support Monitor and organize emails, voicemails, and DMs . Run errands such as picking up salon or event supplies
Keep the salon tidy and maintain a welcoming environment Social Media & Content Assistance Help manage content scheduling and engagement across platforms Assist in filming or capturing behind-the-scenes content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reply to basic customer inquiries on social media
Organization & Event Planning Assist in planning events such as trainings, pop-ups, or networking mixers Help with logistics, setup, and materials for business events Support the CEO in creating checklists, timelines, and reminders
Ideal Candidate: Friendly, professional, and reliable with excellent communication skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Tech-savvy and familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva (or willing to learn quickly)
Comfortable running local errands and multitasking Great at following systems and staying on top of details Takes pride in helping people feel welcomed and taken care of Requirements: 1+ year experience in a front desk, assistant, or customer service role Reliable transportation for errands Strong phone and communication etiquette
