Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in network installation. The Installer will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
Duties
- Perform installations of network systems, including Ethernet and low voltage wiring.
- Set up and configure Dish equipment and other networking equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Collaborate with service technicians to resolve any technical issues that arise during installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installation processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their installation needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Proficiency in network installation, including experience with computer networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Dish systems and low voltage electrical work.
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to networking equipment, specifically Cisco routers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
