HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a full-time Scan/Mail Clerk Administrator at our Prescott Corporate Office. If you are detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people - then we want you as part of our team!
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Ability to work independently or with other employees in our Corporate office.
- Microsoft software skills.
Responsibilities:
- Electronic storage of all company files, including information for each of our Associations.
- Data entry
- Mail room procedures
- Provides administrative support
- Utilize excellent customer service skills while greeting both internal and external customers.
