We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing caregiver and client schedules, and assisting with customer inquiries. Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage day to day scheduling including both caregivers and clients.
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Handle caregiver and client paperwork.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office assistant is required.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Knowledge of use of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
