We are looking for Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator (Dispatcher/Scheduler) for a garage door installation company. Duties and responsibilities include supervise and schedule work with clients (builders) on a daily basis, assign work orders to technicians, and follow up.
Previous experience as an office Supervisor or Office administrator a Must.
Responsibilities
- Schedule work with clients and assign it to installers/techs on a daily basis.
- Follow up with clients / techs to make sure all work was done satisfactorily.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office coordinator, scheduler, supervisor or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
