Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Scheduling Coordinator to own our evening and weekend phone lines. You’ll be the friendly voice that answers calls, coordinates inspection appointments, and keeps agents and clients informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Support: Promptly answer inbound calls during evening (Mon–Fri) and weekend shifts, providing exceptional service and information.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, modify, and confirm inspection appointments using our CRM and calendar tools.
- Client & Agent Liaison: Communicate inspection details, special requests, and timing updates to inspectors, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.
- Confirmations & Reminders: Send timely email and text reminders to ensure everyone is prepared and on time.
- Issue Resolution: Identify scheduling conflicts or urgent requests and coordinate with the Operations Manager for rapid resolution.
- Data Accuracy: Keep appointment logs, client preferences, and agent notes up to date.

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours:
- Evenings: Monday–Friday, 5 PM – 9 PM
- Weekends: Saturday–Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
