Seeking a Scheduling Coordinator/ Receptionist to join our growing Homer Glen, IL team! This position is 100% on site and does not offer any hybrid opportunities. Previous experience working at a car dealership/ repair shop is highly desired.

- Greet customers, schedule service, answer phone calls and reply to emails.
- Follow up with customers via Texting, Phone Calls and Emails through the company’s scheduling system.
- Maintain exceptional customer experiences from phone calls, emails and in person interactions with customers.
- Our mission is to change the automotive repair world by providing a very transparent and clear process for customers to fix their cars
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of customer service experience.
- Prior Automotive experience preferred especially Dealership BDC Experience and\or scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in computers especially word, excel...etc
- Very friendly, Calm and team focused work environment.
- Multi-lingual is a big plus!
- Keep work area and reception area neat, clean and organized.
