Responsibilities:
Conduct in vivo biological sample processing using HPLC, method development, and Column Chromatography; Perform in vitro metabolism incubations and assays, and drug and drug interaction analysis using Cell harvesting, dosing and cell incubation, Radioprofiling; Perform routine analytical functions, including Biological sample processing of radiolabel isotope 14C and 3H samples and quantification of total radioactivity in samples using oxidizers and liquid scintillation counters, Solid Phase Extraction (SPE); Write, review, and implement SOPs; Review and maintain research notebooks in accordance with cGMP, GLP, and EPA and FDA regulations.
Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or Material Science; along with strong Instrumentation skills. A knowledge of SOPs, Cell harvesting, dosing and cell incubation, and Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) is required.
