Job description
Looking to bring aboard a spotter car driver to join our awesome team! This position is great for anyone who enjoys driving and has basic automobile knowledge (such as recognize make and model of vehicles. It is also an ideal start for anyone with a desire to be a repossession agent.
New hires will receive PAID training with our team of highly experienced staff. Training will consist of camera car operations, computer software, general paperwork, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Advise and follow-up with dispatch/office team
Safely drive a spotter vehicle utilizing our company provided vehicles and technology
Follow company and state laws and procedures
Keep records and status of updates in customer's account via various software platforms
No experience required but preferred (Willing to train)
Qualifications:
Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Current Driver’s license
Neat and clean appearance
Must be at least 23 years old (Corporate Insurance Requirement)
Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Intermediate computer skills for inputting data into multiple software platforms
Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
Be self-motivated and have a strong eagerness to work
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends.
Ability to pass background check for purposes of California State Licensing requirements. (California Law does not allow Felonies)
Must not have any MAJOR traffic violations within the last 3 years (DUI's/Outstanding tickets)
Previous experience in driving position is a plus but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
