Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials
- Prepare and set up screens, inks, and other necessary materials for printing
- Ensure accurate color matching and registration of designs
- Inspect printed products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the design team to review artwork and provide input on production feasibility
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for completing orders
- Keep inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
Skills:
- Strong understanding of production design principles, visual design, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in print production
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. Customer focused
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to safely lift 35 pounds.
