Job description:
You will be responsible for greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the products they need. The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for keeping the store clean and organized, stocking shelves, and processing payments. Assisting in creating custom items and designs for those items.
You will also be screen printing at another location with a manual screen print.
- Operate screen printing equipment to print designs on various materials
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to create stencils
- Mix and prepare inks for printing
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Adjust printing settings such as speed, pressure, and temperature
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection. Assist customers in making purchases and answering questions about products. Maintain a neat and organized work area. Process payments and complete sales transactions accurately. Maintain a working knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Provide customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Keep shelves stocked with merchandise. Assist in Creating Custom Apparel (Uniforms, Sports & Events), Banner, Stickers, Posters, Car Decals, & Magnets, Canvas Prints, Promotional Products & Trophies. Assist with job estimates, purchasing, shipping and receiving, invoices & inventory. Abililty to be able to carry at least 50 Pounds. Ability to be able to work in a fast paced environment. Capable of running the store alone if needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a screen printer
- Strong understanding of color theory and design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Knowledge of 3D animation, visual design, CSS, motion graphics, production design, art direction, photography, and Sketchup is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues
