Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Technical Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maximize the capabilities of our Logojet UVx40R direct-to-object and our Canon Pro 6100 printers. While direct experience with this equipment is preferred, it is not required — full training and ongoing technical support will be provided.
This position will work across all three of our connected businesses — retail, wholesale, and our print shop division — supporting product development and production in each area. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within small collaborative groups (2–3 team members). Strong communication and people skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain our Logojet UVx40R direct-to-object printer and our Canon Pro 6100 printer to ensure high-quality production
- Troubleshoot and optimize printer performance with support from the manufacturer as needed
- Learn and assist with other print equipment as required
- Manage print jobs and production schedules to meet deadlines across retail, wholesale, and print shop needs
- Collaborate with small teams on production planning, problem-solving, and product development
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspace standards
- Ensure product quality control throughout the printing process
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed during the initial product launch phase (estimated 3–6 months)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating direct-to-object, UV, or similar printing equipment (preferred but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience a plus
- Familiarity with graphic files, print software, or production workflows a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively

Compensation:
Pay range: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience level.
