Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must have basic knowledge of finish carpentry and general construction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
