Overview
We’re hiring a Seasonal Maintenance Helper to assist our maintenance team with general property upkeep. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team environment. No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and work hard!
Responsibilities:
- Help with yardwork, weeding, raking, and outdoor cleanup
- Assist with painting, window cleaning, and small repairs
- Carry and deliver supplies
- Help keep outdoor areas clean and safe
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- No prior experience needed—training provided
- Willing to follow instructions and take initiative
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physically able to lift, bend, and move around the property
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
