Job Summory. Looking for a bubbly energetic secretary that has experience working with ACT software to join our team , someone who is efficient and organized with a positive professional attitude . The candidate will be making calls to our existing customers we have clients calling to schedule their driveways to be serviced. An upbeat attitude while speaking with clients is what we require our office Personnel to possess . Following up with our customers in the database will also be required of you .
Duties
- Answering phone calls with proper etiquette .
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correct
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Be patient and Listen to the customers requests make sure all information is correct address phone number name and email .
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Pay will be determined by experience . Hours will vary per week and times will vary per week .

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
