Position Overview:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. This role requires strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, disturbances, or unsafe behavior
- Maintain a visible presence at the entrance and throughout the property
- Handle conflicts or disruptive behavior in a calm, controlled way
- Report and document any incidents according to company procedures
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must posses an active guard card
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain alert and focused during high-traffic hours
- Must pass a background check
