We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alike. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of individuals on the premises and enforcing venue policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Check IDs and validate authenticity
- Respond promptly to any incident, or emergencies on site
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document outstanding incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate situations effectively.
Requirements
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
