Security Guard-Full Time

• • High school diploma preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must have ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Accurate record keeping ability required.

The Security Guard position is responsible for the security of our residents, guests, vendors and staff of Vinson Hall.

Primary Functions & Responsibility include:

• Complete Daily Activity Log & Reports.
• Perform all operations of the front desk/Concierge. Greet visitors, obtain signatures for all necessary sign in/out logs from visitors sign-in and sign-out, and announces guests to residents; answers phones; and monitors security camera images.
• Inspect all exit doors are properly shutting/securing.
• Patrol all parking areas.
• Monitor fire and emergency panic alarm systems on a daily basis
