Job Title: Security Officer, EMT Certified
Work Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Work Hours: 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; 30+ hours/week based on availability
Pay: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour based on experience

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Security Officer:
- Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
- Complete daily rounds reports.
- Responds to all fire alarms and emergency calls.
- Continuous patrols of property and facilities.
- Completes incidents reports (regarding medical response calls, theft of property, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency response, and violations of rules and regulations).
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- EMT certification required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
- Previous security experience preferred.
