The Opportunity
This role is on a hybrid schedule
As the Sr Analyst, HR Portfolio Management Operations Support, you will be responsible for encouraging the adoption of the Agile Framework and fostering a productive Agile environment across Enabling Solutions. Manage and maintain epic data across the HR Portfolio along with providing guidance on the creation and management of epics and stories in Jira. Additionally, you will also manage and assist with projects. The role will report to the Manager, HR Portfolio Management.
The Work Itself
- Encourage Agile principles are practiced consistently across the Enabling Solutions team.
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain the Enabling Solutions SOPs and Job Aids including but not limited to reviews, updates and socialization.
- Produces and publish Jira reporting.
- Manages projects and annual programs.
The Skills You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and 3 years of experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required. • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling, and succinct way with effective written and verbal communications. • Experience with managing work within an Agile framework required. • Experience with Atlassian’s Jira required. • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others to create a positive and productive team environment • Effective project management and organizational skills that includes proactive planning and delivering results. • Ability to work well independently, set goals aligned to expectations, be versatile, and demonstrate initiative. • Diligence and relentless commitment to follow-through. • Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail. • Ability to quickly adjust plans and strategies to accommodate new information or circumstances. • Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $120000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
