As a Senior Associate, Paid Media and Customer Engagement within Chase Travel, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and audience segmentation for Chase Travel. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing strategies and driving customer engagement through innovative paid media and personalized experiences through audience segmentation and enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong skillset in digital marketing and paid channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in full funnel paid campaign development, audience targeting, marketing best practices, and executional excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the paid media learning agenda for Chase Travel to further test and evolve the go to market plans by utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance
- Develop and implement strategies for audience optimization, segmentation and offer enablement in paid channels, analyzing data to identify opportunities for targeted marketing efforts
- Support project management activities for paid media initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects or deliverables
- Partner with Brand for strategy alignment and consistency of messaging and creative execution
- Manage day-to-day reporting needs by leveraging self-serve analytics tools to derive insights and by partnering with Data and Analytics
- Synthesize leadership recaps, including preparation of monthly insights and performance reporting
- Oversee approvals and controls procedures inclusive of traffic sheet validations and media invoicing processing, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Work closely with product teams to pull through experiences that enable the media to work harder through continued martech enhancements
- Support technical components of paid enablement, including landing page, AppsFlyer, and Adobe tracking optimization workstreams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising with proven Travel industry experience
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and paid media management across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms across various digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrates skill in assessing potential outcomes during campaign planning and execution, with a strong ability to implement proactive problem-solving strategies.
