ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst leads improvement activities generated through the CI2 Accelerator

• They have experience supporting and implementing applicable quality standards and best practices such as CMMI for Development, AS9100, and ISO 9001

• Their expertise includes root-cause analysis and corrective action development, process compliance, conducting quality inspections of products and deliverables, and process development activities

• Collect and analyze data to provide recommendations for improvement opportunities

• Develop and deliver training to production line staff in production best practices, process improvements, and quality control best practices

• Conduct root-cause analysis, mitigation, and Corrective Action Plan development

• Identify risks, develop plans, and track them to completion

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• 9+ years of position-specific relevant experience including CMMI for Development and Services, ISO 9000, root-cause analysis, and process auditing.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Google applications (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail).

• Familiarity with CMMI for Development and Services, ISO 9000, root-cause analysis, and process auditing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

• Relevant industry-standard certifications such as Quality Assurance (ASQ) certification and Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Direct experience working for and with mission partners.

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. ITIL Foundation certificate.

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified CMMI Associate–Information System Audit and Control Association; Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)–American Society of Quality (ASQ); Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt–SixSigma.US; Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP); AS9100 Rev D Requirements and Internal Auditor Training ISO 14001:2015 Requirements; ISO 9001:2015 Requirements and Internal Auditor Training.

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
