QUALIFICATIONS

BE / B Tech – Civil / Construction

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 - 20 Years in large scale and premium residential townships, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Mixed Use Developments.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
• Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
• Preparation of BOQs.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
• Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
• Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.

KEY

SKILLS

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
