In Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico.

You will be joining our Finance and Procurement Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bangalore. Established in 2007, Finance and Procurement GBS supports various finance functions for Novo Nordisk globally. As part of the Finance Operations team – responsible for process improvements across R2R, O2C and P2P – you will work alongside 180 col-leagues in Denmark, 300 in India and 500 globally in finance operations. The Position

As Sr. Manager –KAM Strategic Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to International Operation’s Finance Operations. You will develop the team to build new capabilities to support the organisation’s key priorities, initiatives and projects with strong focus on s data and technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to IO-SO FinOps, developing the PE & KAM team to support key priorities, initiatives and projects with clear execution and strong capabilities
  • Leading and developing the Process Excellence and KAM and finance transformation team, building new capabilities across finance functions and owning KPI performance
  • Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data models, integration approaches and implementation plans
  • Identifying automation opportunities across finance processes such as invoice downloads and reconciliation, and driving remediation of platform or process bottlenecks
  • Defining success metrics and acceptance criteria, monitoring data quality, and generating reporting and insights that translate results into meaningful trends and actionable management information
  • Operating the AI-powered internal control verification framework, providing insights to issues and driving changes with Governance Committee
  • Coordinating and contributing to accounting processes and projects with significant financial statement impact and exposure

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and analytically minded finance leader who thrives on turning data into impact.

You will bring with you:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with over 10 years of experience in Finance, including a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and their upstream and downstream impact (e.g., P2P, R2R, O2C)
  • Strong experience in internal controls and compliance, with a proficient under-standing of multiple systems and data flows
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, combined with effective stakeholder management skills across a complex, global organisation
  • Analytical mindset, strong insight presenter
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects and a genuine passion for driving change and exploring new concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and a detail-oriented, structured approach to problem-solving
