About Us
At South Geeks, we connect top-performing engineers from Latin America with global organizations building meaningful, long-term products. We focus on high-impact work, strong technical environments, and creating spaces where professionals can grow, contribute, and thrive.
About the Client
Our client builds software that helps companies drive growth at every step of the product-led growth lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, conversion and retention. Their customers reduce friction across their funnels with no-code tools, AI automation, and agents that live in their sites.
About the Role
As Senior Product Manager for the product-led growth platform, you will own the builder experience. The goal is to make it seamless for customers to build guidance flows for their most important funnels. You will use the latest AI technologies to identify points of friction in customers' funnels, suggest improvements, build guidance, and provide tools that help end users convert at industry-leading levels.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Product Management. You will work within a dedicated pod of 3 to 4 engineers, with shared access to 2 designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience, from discovery through delivery.
- Talk directly to customers, identify their pain points, and synthesize them into clear product requirements, proofs of concept and roadmaps.
- Use AI to detect friction in customer funnels and turn those signals into guidance that converts.
- Partner with a dedicated engineering pod and shared design resources to ship and iterate.
- Define success metrics and measure whether what ships actually moves them.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, including B2B SaaS software.
- Professional product management experience with AI-embedded products.
- Familiarity with evals, datasets and working with AI models.
- Technical enough to work with Git, Claude Code, and fix basic UX issues independently.
- AI fluency: uses LLMs and agents as a force multiplier, from prototypes to requirements.
- Comfortable starting from a blank page and overcoming ambiguity, with a bias for action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- A traditional machine learning background: test and training data, evals, and the judgment to know that an LLM is not always the right tool.
- Familiarity with the product-led growth customer journey for SaaS.
- Experience leading product for MCPs, APIs or SDKs.
- A creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles.
- A track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success.
- Personally built or vibe-coded projects, for work or on the side.
- Degree in business, computer science or a related field.
Our Team
We strive to create an inspiring and growth-oriented environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered. We promote both personal and professional development, with individualized support for your needs and goals. We aim to build a space where everyone can thrive.

South Geeks is a technology company that specializes in connecting top-tier software developers from Latin America with companies worldwide. Founded in 2016 by Julia Duran and Nicolas Valenti, the company was established to address a critical gap in the IT industry. The founders recognized that many companies seeking to hire remote developers at competitive rates were often faced with challenges related to vetting, quality control, and project management, which could lead to increased costs and project delays. South Geeks was created to redefine this model by building a bridge between talented professionals in Latin America and international clients, ensuring a seamless and successful partnership for both parties. The company's mission is to foster connections and inspire people to thrive by enabling successful collaborations between LATAM talent and the global market. The core of South Geeks' business model is a people-first approach. The company prides itself on a rigorous talent acquisition process, sourcing candidates from a vast network of over 14,200 professionals across Latin American countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay. Each candidate undergoes a comprehensive screening process that includes testing for technical skills, English proficiency, logical reasoning, and soft skills. This meticulous vetting ensures that clients are presented with highly qualified professionals who are not only technically proficient but also a strong cultural fit for their teams. South Geeks is committed to the long-term success of its placements, offering continuous support and professional development opportunities to its developers. This includes performance coaching, access to training platforms like Udemy, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. This focus on employee growth and well-being translates into high-quality work, low attrition rates, and enduring relationships with clients.
