Senior Sales Account Executive – MEP/HVAC Services

Dynaire, a Crete United Company, is hiring a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive growth across service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit projects in the Long Island market. This is a high-impact sales role for a seasoned MEP/HVAC professional with a strong track record of closing commercial service contracts.
Only applicants with MEP or HVAC service sales experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage existing commercial HVAC accounts

Sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, and retrofit project solutions

Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and bid follow-ups

Build strong relationships with business owners, facilities leaders, and executives

Travel 50%+ to job sites, client offices, and industry events across Long Island and NYC
Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales in HVAC/MEP/service contracting required

Proven ability to prospect, present, and close in the commercial space

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Strong communication, CRM (Salesforce), and organizational skills
