Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform
- A Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background, including responsibility for running live services
- Experience with microservices, containers and API management
- Full-stack monitoring and observability experience
- Experience with DevOps, pipelines, releases and automation
- Experience working in a large organisation with established processes
- Confidence working with stakeholders, leading improvements and supporting colleagues
- Bicep, Azure DevOps, IT Service Management, ServiceNow and financial services experience would be useful
Responsibilities
- Keep systems healthy, reliable and ready to handle growing demand
- Resolve incidents and keep colleagues and stakeholders informed
- Improve monitoring, automate routine work and make releases safer
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to tackle problems and manage risk
- Guide colleagues and represent SRE across our wider business
- Take a build it, own it, run it approach, staying accountable for service health and helping improve system performance, scalability and recovery

Were hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a major financial services organisation. The role is based in London with a hybrid arrangement and one day a week onsite.
