Major League Baseball is looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our growing Apple Streaming and Subscriptions team in Boulder. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working on some of the most popular sports applications available across the range of Apple platform devices.
As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to write clean, concise, modular code in an agile environment. This role will support streaming MLB games across the Apple ecosystem, which include iOS, iPad and AppleTV.
Qualifications & Skills
- Take ownership of critical projects and your own initiatives
- Understand and take advantage of the latest and greatest developments in the mobile space including Swift UI
- Collaborate with a team of extraordinary engineers and technologists
- Participate in the full lifecycle of software development (requirements gathering, designing, building, testing and maintenance)
Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Apple SDKs, languages, and frameworks - Swift
- Experienced with AVFoundation
- Experienced with Storekit 2
- Experience with SwiftUI, GraphQL & server-driven application architecture experience
- Knowledgeable with CLEAN architecture
- Proficient with application debugging and troubleshooting
- Comfortable in an Agile development environment
- Passionate about testing all aspects of the application
- An avid learner, independent with excellent problem-solving skills
- A baseball fan
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 (Base Salary) + Bonus
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
