JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Nation is seeking a dynamic and analytical SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts and enhancing our online presence. Reporting to the Senior Manager of SEM/SEO, the SEO/SEM Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to create effective keyword lists for paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience targeting.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling and engaging copy for paid search ads that drive clicks and conversions, while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Budget Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
- Industry Trends & Updates: Stay current with the latest search engine marketing news, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and campaign execution.
- Content Schedule Awareness: Stay informed about the content schedule and new releases on the Fox Nation platform to align search strategies with upcoming programming.
- Performance Communication: Communicate account performance, insights, and recommendations to management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM, preferably 1-3 years within a media or streaming service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in search engine marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-78,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
