Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced septic service specialist/truck driver with strong communication skills to join our crew. You will work closely with customers to resolve their needs and deliver top quality septic services.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Class B CDL with tanker endorsement (willingness to obtain if required).
- No driving restrictions; must be able to operate manual transmissions.
- At least one year of professional commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening, medical exams, physical evaluations, and road tests.
- Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
- Perform manual labor. Including digging to locate septic lids when necessary.
- Minimum 1 year of septic pumping or vacuum truck experience.
- Line cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions about their systems.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Pump septic systems at various locations while adhering to safety protocols and practicing safe work habits.
- Interact with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Report defective septic systems, hazards, or buildup during work, recommending maintenance or service solutions as needed.
- Submit service quotes and paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Recommend suitable maintenance service frequencies to customers.
- Drive various vehicles including Vacuum truck.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating vehicles and handling equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Work Environment:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $30.00 per hour
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 (with overtime, bonus, and commission opportunities)
