We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that customers have a memorable visit. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while adhering to food safety standards
- Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special dietary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing accurate change to guests
- Assist with hosting duties as needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, but not mandatogg
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during shifts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests

Pay: $19.76 - $23.80 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
