Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and processing payments.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
