Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Digital POS.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, while effectively upselling to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial for understanding menu items better.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.66 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
