Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation.
- Assist with hosting duties when necessary, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and safety regulations is essential.
